TERMS OF SERVICE

1. You may use as many promotional tools on your site as you wish. SPAMMING IS STRICLY PROHIBITED. ACCOUNTS FOUND SPAMMING ARE SUBJECT TO DELETION WITHOUT PAY. Spamming consists of but is not limited to sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), instant messages, icq messaging, yahoo pm's, or chatroom hotlinking.

2. Accounts sending traffic from URLs which contain and/or promote child pornography, bestiality, warez, spam e-mails, password sites, or other content deemed illegal by US law WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT PAY.

3. AMBYACash reserves the right to cancel any account that has an unusually high number of charge-backs and refunds. Any monies, which are due to any Webmaster whose account has been terminated due to charge-backs and refunds, will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this agreement.

4. AMBYACash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors.

5. AMBYACash reserves the right to change the pay out rate with a 3 day notice. All resellers will be notified via email and given sufficient time before any of these such changes take place. AMBYACash may also change these terms with the same amount of freedom.

6. All funds are to be paid by check in U.S. currency by CCBill LLC on a weekly basis providing you have earned a minimum of $50.00 in sales for that given period. If your earnings are below that all funds will rollover on to the next period, or whenever you reach the minimum check amount.

7. By joining AMBYACash you certify you are at least 18 yrs old, or the minimum age required to view adult content in your state.

8. You must notify us before or upon termination of this agreement of any changes to your account's payment information.

9. AMBYACash reserves the right to cancel this program at any time for any reason we find suitable. Any remaining balances until that time will be sent to you.
